Colbert participates actively in a powerful worldwide network of independent firms, IAG international.
Colbert's permanent dedicated structure, 'the International Desk' with French and British lawyers, has been reinforced to serve both our foreign clients established in France or establishing business operations in France, and our French clients active abroad.
This technically autonomous and transversal structure involves the experience of perfectly bilingual lawyers, including two Solicitors and French business lawyers who are highly experienced in international business matters.
The International Desk covers both the needs of its French clients and those of subsidiaries of foreign multinational groups established in France and other foreign companies, whatever their nationality, carrying on activities in France or who are involved in international arbitration or litigation wherever situated.
Our links with the Anglo-Saxon and French business community have enabled Colbert to develop strong and useful links facilitating contacts and business links (see links page).
Colbert is a particularly active member of the Integrated Advisory Group (IAG International).
Many of our overseas clients are law firms seeking advice and assistance for their clients in France, whether or not members of the IAG International network.
Our active partnership within the IAG International network enables Colbert to obtain first-rate legal advice from lawyers in over 27 countries.
The International Desk also advises commercial and private clients on French property purchases, wills and successions in conjunction with French Notaries.
