Colbert assists with all procedures involving insolvency of businesses and other difficult situations.

We assist you before the courts, both regarding tax cases and the transfer or acquisition of assets, in direct liaison with the Colbert Corporate Department.

Colbert can also deal with all litigation relating to liquidation and proceedings brought by the liquidator and the creditor.

We also arrange all debt declarations and assist with the implementation of reservation of title clauses as well as other securities.
